Prerna Wadhwa is a Law graduate and qualified Company Secretary, with a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Laws, with over a decade of experience. Prior to joining the Company, Prerna was associated with Bharat Broadband Network Limited, a Government of India undertaking, and with large conglomerates such as the Avantha Group and the Amtek Group and multinational consulting firms SCS Global – Japan and M1Xchange. At STL Networks, she handles the legal function, providing strategic counsel with a strong emphasis on effective risk management. She has a proven track record in handling high-profile civil, regulatory, and arbitration matters. In her previous roles, she has been actively involved in strategic fundraising initiatives, corporate and financial restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. Prerna brings extensive hands-on experience in legal and corporate compliance, board governance, and stakeholder management. She actively supports the Company’s commitment to ethical business practices and contributes to fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and robust governance.
