B Lakshmiraman

B. Lakshmiraman is the Interim-Head of Technology of the Company. He holds a Master of Science degree from BITS, Pilani, and an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Madras. He is a seasoned telecom and ICT professional with over 26 years of extensive experience spanning presales, business development, R&D, and strategic sourcing. He has held leadership roles bringing deep domain expertise in 4G/5G core networks, IMS, VoNR, and cloud infrastructure. Prior to joining the Company, he spent 9 years at Ericsson in Sales and Commercial Management, supporting Enterprise and Public Sector Telecom clients. Before that, he spent over 17 years at Alcatel-Lucent, engaging with major operators like Bharti Airtel, BSNL, MTNL, Reliance, TTSL, and Uninor in core network solutions. As a Solution Leader, he was responsible for delivering end-to-end core network solutions to telecom operators and enterprise customers, while also serving as a Global Knowledge Driver for OSS, Core and Cloud Infrastructure. Known for his techno-commercial acumen, he excels in leading global teams, managing a multi-million-euro R&D sourcing portfolio and driving customer transformation initiatives. He is skilled at simplifying complex technologies, strategic problem solving, and delivering impactful solutions across enterprise and public sector clients.
